LINDT & Sprüngli brings sparkle and elegance with live praline making to TFWA Cannes for launch of Swiss Masterpieces Bijoux Collection

LINDT & Sprüngli is set to launch the new LINDT Swiss Masterpieces Bijoux Collection at the Tax Free World Association World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes this October. The limited edition within their Swiss Masterpieces Pralines Assortment is travel retail exclusive and features two new pralines, which LINDT is describing as “especially exquisite”.

The new Swiss Masterpieces Bijoux collection emphasises the handmade jewel-like quality of the Swiss Masterpieces - a pleasure to behold as well as to taste. The collection contains 26 finest Swiss Masterpieces Pralines including two new and extraordinary ones, lovingly created by the LINDT Swiss Master Chocolatiers: Perle de Cuivre - crunchy cocoa bits and cookie chunks, enveloped in an aromatic fondant, coated with white and dark chocolate and garnished with a shimmering copper-coloured pearl; and Pépites d‘Or - melt-in-the-mouth almond praline accented with crisp Amaretti, coated in dark chocolate with highlights of golden sprinkles. Presented in the most sumptuous packaging, the collection makes the ideal premium gift.

To support the launch and showcase the skill of the LINDT Swiss Master Chocolatiers, visitors to the LINDT stand (R5 and R7) at Cannes will enjoy live chocolate making demonstrations and special handmade gifts for VIP guests.

A “Bijouterie”, showcasing the Swiss Masterpieces, as exquisite as handmade jewels, will be featured at the airports, and will also be a highlight of the latest phase of the LINDT Swiss Chocolate Festival.

Commenting on the launch Peter Zehnder, head of the Lindt & Sprüngli global duty free division said: “Creating pralines is an art that requires considerable skills and craftsmanship, which our Master Chocolatiers have refined over more than 170 years. This new element of an elegant range is the embodiment of that expertise. Each of the new pralines has been created with the passion, attention to detail and insistence on perfection that is the hallmark of the Master Chocolatier. Impressively decorated and packaged, they are a delight to look at as well as to taste.”

The new range will be available from spring 2017.
